We accept returns for both faulty items and change-of-mind purchases, subject to the conditions below.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to hygiene reasons, used mattresses or bedding cannot be returned unless faulty.

Change of Mind

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • A restocking fee may apply

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping.

Returns must be approved before sending items back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used mattresses or bedding (unless faulty)
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
